Homogenizer
The homogenizer is designed for mechanical treatment of milk and liquid milk
products at a temperature of 45 to 85 C and kinematics viscosity of no more
than 5.0 *10-6 m2 /sec for the purpose of crushing and uniform distribution
of fat globules in the products.
The Homogenizer is used in processing lines of enterprises for treatment of
milk and liquid milk products, as well as other food I products, which meet the
above requirements and are in need of homogenization.
